From the time I walked in till my follow-up appointment for emergency surgery, I was treated with nothing but respect. I can honestly say Dr Wingo and the staff at Lowcountry Urology Clinics are the very best.
No wait time! Very positive experience. Dr. Ellett answered all my questions.
The first appointment with this dr. ramsey, of course as is expected with any Dr appointment you will have to wait until after the initial paperwork was completed which took me 3 attempts. My visit was bereft close to the appointment timeframe. To get it right dotting all my I’s and crossing all my t’s the young lady at reception was very patient with me always smiling as she took out her highlighter to show me what I missed which was very helpful for me after awhile the words seemed to move around the page and I can't function. Dr Ramsey was very professional and really listened to what I had to say at check out this young lady was very nice and pleasant to deal with. That is all a pleasant experience for me I tend to be apprehensive about new Doctors many stars for this office I know I’ll be back because they scheduled more appointments for me. Thank you.

After having some issues, my OB/GYN felt I needed further evaluation so I was referred to Lowcountry Urology. They called me within 1 day and got me in within the next few days with their PA, Bailey Allen. I usually prefer an MD on my first visit but I am so glad I chose to go ahead and see Bailey. She was the absolute best! Very caring, compassionate and even more thorough. She ordered some tests just to make sure things were OK. Dr. Wingo, who was also great, performed one, the other had to be done at the hospital. When the results were in, Bailey called me herself, not a nurse or someone I was not acquainted with. She explained things to me in a way that I could understand which put my mind at ease. I would recommend PA Bailey, Dr. Wingo, and Lowcountry Urology to anyone in need of this type of practice. Simply the best!

I'm always apprehensive when I meet with a new medical provider. I didn't see Mr. Buchanan; whom I was supposed to meet with. I would appreciate a simple hello. Instead, I met with Nora Bishop; the Physician Assistant. She was very welcoming and met me with a smile 😊. She explained to me what was going on inside my kidney and how we were going to proceed with treatment. Her demeanor was quite pleasant and it made me feel happy. I look forward to seeing Mr. Buchanan and it would be alright to see Ms. Nora again when I go back in May of 2024.
In and out in no time. Dr wingo, is an excellent MD. I highly recommend him.
Initial Consultation appointment and was able to get next day scheduling. Surgery scheduling availability is currently at 4 weeks. So far, so good. Returning in 4 weeks for surgery.
