Jessica (Jesse) Greenwood moved to Charleston from Marietta, Georgia. She earned her bachelor’s in science education in kinesiology from the University of Georgia in 2016. She worked as a medical assistant in urology before earning her master’s in medical science at Arcadia University in 2020. She became a board-certified Physician Assistant in 2020.
Through her undergraduate studies, she implemented exercise programs for patients with disabilities, and volunteered in Peru and the Athens, GA community. As a PA student, she researched minimally invasive treatment options for benign prostatic hypertrophy and served as Vice President of the Student Association of the AAPA. She completed 11 clinical rotations, including an international rotation in South Africa and local rotations in primary care, general surgery, and women’s health.
Jesse is currently a member of the American Association of PAs and the South Carolina Association of PAs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, watching college football, and photography.
