Slade Hubbard, MD
Dr. Slade Hubbard was born in Murphy, NC. He graduated cum laude from Davidson College, where he received a B.S. in biology and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He then went on to graduate from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he had advanced training in robotics and laparoscopy.
Dr. Hubbard practiced in North Carolina after finishing residency in 2008 until he moved to Charleston in 2015. Dr. Hubbard enjoys all aspects of urology care, with particular interest in stone management, men’s health, BPH, urologic cancers, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Hubbard has extensive experience with robotic and laparoscopic surgery for urologic cancers as well as benign conditions. Dr. Hubbard is certified by the American Board of Urology.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Hubbard enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include golf, fly fishing, and exercising.
